From the spacious rooms to the immaculate state of repair, it was clear that the hotel prioritizes quality. Additionally, the staff members were not only friendly and welcoming, but they also offered to upgrade our room for free upon check-in, which was a delightful surprise. Moreover, the hotel's location was superb, with the shopping district and Gion area just a short walk away. Plus, the bus station conveniently located around the corner made exploring the city a breeze.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Japan. the room was surprisingly spacious compared to other places I've stayed in Kyoto. It was a pleasant surprise, especially considering how touristy the area is. Additionally, the hotel provided extra amenities like bottled water and other thoughtful touches that made it great value for money. The location was also very convenient, with the shopping district and popular areas within walking distance. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the hotel had all the basic amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. Lastly, the attention to detail in the room was impressive, with well-thought-out storage options and modern facilities.

They offer a good breakfast with a variety of options. the staff is friendly and accommodating, always ready to help out. the hotel also has a great gym and a nice view of the surrounding area.

Our Easter stay was really amazing! the room was very clean and spacious and had everything we needed. One of the best aspects was the location, which was ideal. We were in the middle of everything from restaurants and shopping to tourist hotspots. the staff was also very friendly and thoughtful.

There were a couple of minor things we didn't like. For one, there were no shower caps provided, which was a bit of a bummer.

Hard pillows and lack of body lotion. Unfortunately, the pillows were quite hard and uncomfortable to sleep on, which affected our quality of sleep.
